[Episode 41] Responding vs Reacting: A Real-Life Lesson in Business Resilience

But recently, I was reminded of one of the most powerful lessons from The Success Principles by Jack Canfield:

I’ll be honest — my initial reaction was frustration. But instead of staying in that space, I paused. I took a breath and reminded myself: this is a perfect opportunity to practice what I preach.
