[Episode 57] New 1:1 Success Coaching Places Available from October – Your Version of Success Starts Here

October is a season of fresh beginnings. In the final quarter of the year, many leaders pause, reflect, and ask themselves: How do I want to finish this year, and how do I want to begin the next?

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, struggling to prioritise, or simply ready to unlock the next level of success, now is the perfect time to take action. I’m opening new places in my 1:1 Success Coaching program this October, and I’d love to invite you to consider whether this could be the right next step for you.

Why Coaching, Why Now?

Business owners, not-for-profit CEOs, and business development managers often share the same challenge: there is no shortage of demands on their time, but there is a shortage of clarity and space to make the right decisions.

Success Coaching creates that space. It helps you:

  • Step out of the daily noise to think strategically

  • Explore options and make decisions that are right for you

  • Gain confidence by testing ideas in a supportive environment

  • Stay accountable to the goals that really matter

October is the ideal time to start. With three months left in the calendar year, coaching gives you momentum to finish strong and begin 2026 with clarity, direction, and renewed energy.

A Personal Story: My Own Growth Journey

As a coach, I believe in practising what I teach. Just as I encourage my clients to keep growing, I continually invest in my own development.

This month, I’ve entered the final unit of my Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching Skills. This is no ordinary academic course; it’s highly practical and includes hours of supervised coaching with live feedback from master coaches. It stretches me, challenges me, and equips me with new tools I can immediately bring into my sessions with clients.

Completing this course will bring me closer to achieving the professional goal I set last year: becoming an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Why does this matter? Because accreditation is more than a certificate. It’s a global standard of coaching excellence. It means you can trust that the coaching you receive is evidence-based, ethical, and grounded in best practice.

When you work with me, you’re not only tapping into my years of lived experience as a business owner and fundraiser, but also into the most up-to-date, internationally recognised coaching skills.

What Makes Ask Fleur Coaching Different?

Plenty of people call themselves coaches. So what makes Success Coaching with Ask Fleur unique?

1. Personalised Coaching

Your version of success is the foundation. I don’t offer a cookie-cutter formula. Together, we explore what matters most to you and build a plan around that.

2. Practical Tools

I draw on proven frameworks like Event + Response = Outcome, Taking 100% Responsibility, and strengths-based strategies that turn big ideas into achievable actions.

3. Engaging Programs

Growth doesn’t have to feel heavy. Whether through 1:1 coaching, group masterminds, or quarterly workshops, I create spaces that are energising, practical, and safe to explore new ways of thinking.

4. A Culture of Support

At Ask Fleur, there’s no tall poppy syndrome. Wins are celebrated, challenges reframed, and accountability built in. It’s a space where success grows because it’s supported and shared.

Who Coaching Is For

The leaders I work with often fall into three groups:

  • Business Owners are ready to scale without becoming the bottleneck in their own business.

  • Not-for-Profit CEOs looking to strengthen systems, secure sustainable funding, and expand their impact without burning out.

  • Business Development Managers balancing growth targets with long-term relationships, who want to grow their influence and leadership.

If you recognise yourself in one of these roles, 1:1 Success Coaching can give you the clarity, capacity, and confidence you need.

Why October Matters

Timing makes a difference. Here’s why October is the perfect launchpad for coaching:

  • Finish the year strong: Instead of limping to December, you’ll close the year with clarity and confidence.

  • Get a head start on 2026: You’ll already have a plan in place while others are still making New Year’s resolutions.

  • Take advantage of limited places: I deliberately keep my 1:1 coaching roster small so every client gets the time and attention they deserve.

The Results You Can Expect

Clients who work with me often describe the benefits of coaching as:

  • More clarity in decision-making

  • Renewed confidence to pursue growth opportunities

  • Greater focus on high-value activities

  • Reduced overwhelm and burnout

  • Tangible progress toward goals that once felt out of reach

Here’s what one client shared:

“Fleur has been incredibly insightful and supportive, taking the time to understand our specific needs and goals. We’re excited about the direction we’re heading in and feel confident that with Fleur’s guidance, we’ll achieve great results.”
— Phil Fraser

Your Version of Success

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned, both personally and as a coach, is that success is personal.

For some, success means scaling their business to new heights. For others, it means having more time with family, building sustainable funding streams, or confidently stepping into a new leadership role.

Whatever success means to you, 1:1 Success Coaching creates the environment where you can define it, pursue it, and achieve it.

Take the Next Step
