As someone deeply entrenched in both education and coaching, I understand this distinction firsthand. With a background in teaching and a tertiary degree in Education, I've always been mindful of the nuances between instructing and coaching. It wasn't until recently, after immersing myself in the world of coaching alongside accomplished coaches, that I truly allowed myself to embrace this role.

I would counter this with a question: are you as successful as you aspire to be? Are you spending more time working in your business than you'd like? Does your business operate smoothly even when you're not directly involved?

Over the years, I've transitioned from imparting knowledge to facilitating transformation. However, I've always felt I could be a more effective coach, hence my pursuit of formal training.

Recently, I embarked on a journey to enhance my skills, graduating as a Success Principles Certified Canfield Trainer - you will find me here in this international directory. As part of the Train the Trainer community, I have access to multiple coaches myself. My next goal is to further expand these skills with an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation. In 2025, I plan to initiate this journey towards accreditation, marking a milestone in my commitment to excellence.
