š Express Gratitude: The Joy of Giving
With the end of the year fast approaching, Iāve been reflecting on the joy of giving, and I also accepted an invitation from Tod Johnston from Radio 6PR to have a chat. Thanks, Tod, for the opportunity. Giving, to me, is a natural extension of expressing gratitude. Here is the recording of our chat. It is also the season where I catch up with all our Ask Fleur Success Community members to express my gratitude to them, as I have here with Natalie Muirhead from Love the Numbers with this year's Gratitude hamper created by Grazie Gifts:

Giving isnāt always about large donations or grand gestures. Often, itās the small, consistent acts that build trust and connection over time:
Checking in on a colleague or client ājust becauseā
Sharing your experience or contacts to help someone move forward
Supporting a local business, community group, or cause you care about
In my fundraising work, I see this all the time: consistency builds trust. The same is true in business. When we show up generously and reliably, relationships deepen ā and opportunities follow.
A gentle prompt for this week:
Whatās one simple way you can āgiveā ā time, attention, encouragement, or support ā to someone in your network?
Hit reply and tell me what you choose ā Iād love to celebrate it with you.
