Ask Fleur exists to support people in business to define and achieve their version of success, without burning out or feeling like they have to do it all alone.

I’m Fleur Allen, and I've been working with business owners and professionals since 2007 who want clarity, focus, and a business that actually supports their life. My work blends developmental coaching, business mentoring, and business networking and connection to help you step out of overwhelm and move forward with confidence.

I’m known for a calm, relatable coaching style and a love of simple frameworks that make complex decisions easier. Together, we focus on what really matters, build momentum at a pace that’s sustainable, and create progress that feels good, not forced.

This is thoughtful, structured support with a human touch, helping you grow a business you enjoy running, while staying connected to what success means for you.
