[Episode 43] What Are Your Numbers Really Telling You?
It’s the end of the financial year - which means it’s time for something many business owners either dread or avoid.
Looking at the numbers.
But here’s the truth: your numbers aren’t just data. They’re feedback. They’re your business talking to you.
And just like with people, the more you listen, the stronger the relationship becomes. Which is why I recommend at our most recent Boost Your Business workshop, to take 10 to 15 minutes out of your week to regularly check your financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow).
Your numbers are telling a story
Whether you’re running a solo consultancy or managing a small team, your financial reports are doing more than tracking income and expenses. They’re showing you:
