2. What number taught you something surprising?
It might be revenue, client load, delivery hours, or costs. Look for a figure that opened your eyes to how your business really works.

3. What’s one small shift you could make now for positive change?
You don’t need to wait for January. A fresh start can begin with one decision — better rhythm, stronger support, or a clearer structure.
