  • What’s your client conversion rate — from enquiry to sale?

  • What percentage of your clients generate 80% of your revenue? Or what % revenue do your top 10 clients generate?

  • Are you spending most of your time on the clients that contribute the least?

Take a look at your revenue for the past year (or even since the start of your business).
Now rank your clients from highest to lowest in terms of revenue contribution.
Then calculate what percentage of your total revenue came from your top clients.

The results are often surprising — and can completely shift where you put your time, energy, and focus.
