[Episode 68] Reflecting on 2025: Lessons, Wins & Growth Opportunities

As December rolls in, the pace naturally softens. Calendars open up, inboxes quieten (a little), and there’s finally room to pause.

At our final Boost Your Business: 90-Day Planning Workshop for the year, we began with a simple but powerful focus: Review the year that was. Not to critique it or rush past it, but to take stock, with honesty, perspective, and a little kindness toward ourselves.

And that’s exactly the spirit I invite you into here.

Before jumping into goals, strategies, or plans for what’s next, this time of year is an ideal moment to reflect, ightly, honestly, and with curiosity.

What did 2025 teach you?

• What do you think worked better than you thought it would?

• Where did you grow, even if it didn’t feel comfortable at the time?

Let’s acknowledge the wins (including those you consider to be small)

This is the part many people skip.

Yet acknowledging progress matters, especially in business, where we’re so often focused on what’s still to do.

Wins might look like:

• Making clear decisions

• Creating better boundaries around time, energy, or pricing

• Feeling more confident in your role as a business owner or leader

And what about growth opportunities?

Reflection isn’t about finding faults. It’s about noticing patterns.

• Greater focus rather than doing more?
